Deep charge cycle, High speed pure electric vehicles operate in a charge depleting model, which requires deep discharge of
the battery over time. Hipower lifepo4 cells offers thousands of full depth of discharge cycles, the mode of operation expected
for these vehicle uses. While offering high energy for greater charge depleting range, the hipower LiFePO4cells retain high
power.
Hipower LiFePO4 cells’ chemistry provides the foundation for a more highly abuse tolerant lithium ion solution in high speed
pure electric vehicles application. In addition, cell and system design play crucial roles in overall abuse tolerance.
Hipower LiFePO4 battery is Light in weight and small in size. Hipower LiFePO4 battery is only 1/3 in weight and 2/3 in size of
same voltage and capacity Lead Acid battery.

metals, and it is approved by RoHS. None pollution both on producing and using.

LIFE CYCLE CURVE
A) Under 80% DOD (depth of discharge) condition, our battery lifecycle would be up to 2000 times
After 1000 times life cycle (80% DOD condition), the capacity of our battery still hold 95%
B) Capacity remains at 90% after 500 times discharge-recharge tests under 100% DOD condition.
Large current (10c) discharge curve §No effect to battery performance when getting back to normal recharge mode after complete discharge under 10C discharge current.
